Expressive activities, including Speech and Demonstration, are permitted in three Designated Forums: the Georgia Quad (fronting the Zell B. Miller Learning Center), Tate Plaza (positioned between the UGA Bookstore the Tate Student Center), and Memorial Plaza (positioned between Memorial Hall and the Grady College of Journalism).
